Thank you for shopping with Miracle Master. We strive to provide high-quality exercise devices and fitness equipment. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase. There is a 30-day return window from date of purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the following conditions:

To qualify for a return, the product must:

-Be purchased directly from Bobola Recoil of Miracle Master
-Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
-Be returned in original or substantially similar condition
-Include all original parts, accessories, hardware, cords, and packaging where -reasonably available
-Show no signs of abuse, misuse, alteration, commercial overuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
-Not be materially damaged after delivery

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:

-Replacement parts
-Gift cards
-Products sold “as-is”
-Commercial-use or institutional-use equipment unless otherwise stated

3. Opened / Assembled Equipment

Exercise devices that have been opened, assembled, installed, or used may be subject to:

-Partial refund based on condition
-Restocking fee of up to 25%
-Deduction for missing parts or damage
-Return freight or pickup charges

Assembly does not guarantee eligibility for full refund.

4. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or shipments sent without an RMA may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

-Photos/video if damaged or defective

5. Shipping & Freight Responsibility

Unless prohibited by law or due to our verified error:

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable
-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
-Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customer error, all related shipping, rerouting, storage, and return fees may be deducted from the refund.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items

You must report shipping damage, missing components, or defects within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied to the extent permitted by law.

We may require photos, videos, packaging images, serial numbers, or inspection before approving remedy.

At our option, we may provide:

-Replacement parts
-Exchange
-Partial refund
-Full refund

7. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to banking delays.

Refunds may be reduced for:

-Missing parts
-Excessive wear
-Damage
-Packaging loss
-Shipping/freight fees
-Restocking fees

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once processed or shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as returns and subject to applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating chargebacks or disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting order, tracking, and communication records.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracle Master shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from purchase, use, inability to use, delay, or return of any product.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights applicable under your state or federal law.
